Safety Center

Your safety is our top priority. Please read these guidelines carefully.

gavelZero Tolerance Policy

SolmateHub strictly prohibits any form of human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion. We operate with a Zero Tolerance Policy.

Anyone found promoting, facilitating, or engaging in non-consensual activities will be immediately banned.
We cooperate fully with international law enforcement agencies (Interpol, Europol, BKA) to prosecute offenders.
All profiles are manually screened for indicators of trafficking.

Always ask for verification. Verified profiles on our site have undergone photo-ID checks. Check their reviews and reputation.

For the first meeting, choose a public place like a cafe or hotel lobby. Trust your instincts—if something feels off, leave immediately.

Never send money in advance via untraceable methods (gift cards, crypto) to unverified users. Stick to cash upon meeting for maximum safety.
