To ensure maximum financial transparency, The Platform operates strictly on a Pre-Paid, One-Time Payment basis.
2.1 No Hidden Subscriptions: We do NOT store your credit card details for recurring billing. We do NOT automatically renew your VIP plans or Listing Boosts.
2.2 Manual Renewal: Once your purchased access period expires, your account will revert to 'Free/Basic' status. You must manually initiate a new transaction to extend your VIP features.
Due to the instant delivery, immediate access, and non-returnable nature of digital keys and visibility boosts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
By confirming your purchase, you expressly waive your right to a cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for partially used VIP days or for account terminations resulting from violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to negotiate illegal acts in our chat).
SolmateHub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for "Friendly Fraud" or unauthorized chargebacks.
In the event of a chargeback initiated through your bank:
1. Your account and IP address will be permanently banned from our network.
2. We will submit comprehensive Digital Activity Logs (including timestamps of IP logins, chat features utilized, and media unlocked) to the payment processor to irrefutably prove that the digital goods were manually purchased, delivered, and consumed.
