SolmateHub ("The Platform", "We", "Us") operates with a privacy-first, zero-footprint philosophy. We collect only the absolute minimum data required to facilitate digital connectivity and ensure platform security.
2.1 Account Information: For Creators/Listers, we collect standard authentication data (email, encrypted password) and visual verification media. Verification media (paper-code photos) are utilized strictly for backend Real-User (Liveness) checks to prevent spam/bots and are NOT distributed publicly. We do not process or store government identity documents for age verification.
2.2 Geo-Location Data (Fuzzy Logic): We collect location data to provide "Near Me" directory sorting. However, we employ Coordinate Fuzzing (Spatial Obfuscation). Your exact GPS coordinates or residential address are never stored in plain text or broadcasted to the public. Displayed distances are mathematically offset to protect your physical safety.
2.3 Financial Data: The Platform does not process or store raw credit card details. All financial transactions are tokenized and securely handled by our PCI-DSS compliant Payment Processors or Cryptocurrency gateways.
Our architecture is designed to prevent data hoarding.
3.1 Chat Communications: To ensure maximum operational security, all peer-to-end chat logs are subjected to a continuous rolling-deletion protocol. Communications are auto-cleared from our primary databases on a strict schedule.
3.2 Disappearing Media: Any media designated as "Time-Limited" (e.g., 30-second vanishing photos within chats) is subjected to a "Hard Delete" instruction. Once the Time-to-Live (TTL) expires, the object is permanently destroyed from our Cloud storage buckets.
3.3 Server Logs: We maintain a "Minimal-Log" policy at the server level, retaining error logs only as long as technically necessary to mitigate DDoS attacks or automated spam.
We do not sell, rent, or broker your personal data to third-party advertising agencies. We will comply with legally binding international warrants originating from competent courts in the Netherlands. However, we cannot produce data that has already been programmatically eradicated.
