This Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Advertiser", or "Visitor") and SolmateHub (hereinafter referred to as "The Platform", "We", "Us", or "The Service Provider"). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the digital infrastructure of The Platform, you unequivocally consent to be bound by the stipulations herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing The Platform and must terminate your session immediately.
The Platform operates exclusively as a digital advertising directory, a classifieds bulletin board, and a social networking interface. We provide digital infrastructure for independent creators, companionship providers, and adult dating enthusiasts to post User-Generated Content (UGC).
1.1 No Agency Relationship: The Platform is NOT an escort agency, a brokerage, a booking agent, or an employer of any individual listed herein. We do not coordinate, facilitate, or take any commission from real-world, offline meetings or transactions between Users.
1.2 Safe Harbor Acknowledgment: The Platform operates under the legal framework of an "Intermediary Service Provider." We expressly disclaim any vicarious liability for the actions, communications, or physical engagements of our Users.
2.1 Absolute Age Restriction: Access to this Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least EIGHTEEN (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.2 Perjury and Misrepresentation: By entering this site, you swear under penalty of perjury that you meet the age requirements. Any misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and constitutes fraud.
2.3 Visual Authentication: To combat underage usage, human trafficking, and automated spam, The Platform utilizes a mandatory visual verification algorithm (including manual review of coded images). This verification is conducted solely to ascertain that the user is a real human whose face matches their uploaded media (Real User Authentication). We DO NOT collect government-issued IDs. Any assumption of age is a visual estimate only, and we rely entirely on the User's self-declaration under penalty of perjury that they are 18+. It does NOT constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or background check of the User’s offline behavior or moral character.
3.1 Content Ownership: Users retain all intellectual property rights to the media (images, videos, reels, stories) they upload. By uploading, you grant The Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and format said content.
3.2 Pre-Publication Moderation: All media uploads are subject to a "Pending/Review" state prior to public dissemination. This moderation is conducted strictly to filter out prohibited material (e.g., Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), bestiality, gore, or automated spam). The Platform’s act of approving a listing does not transfer liability for the content from the User to The Platform.
3.3 Explicitly Prohibited Content: Any User found uploading non-consensual media, attempting to facilitate human trafficking, or violating international obscenity laws will face immediate termination, and data will be preserved for law enforcement upon receipt of a valid subpoena.
4.1 Ephemeral Data: The Platform provides advanced communication tools, including 30-second self-destructing media and auto-clearing chat histories. Users acknowledge that The Platform does not indefinitely store these communications. We cannot recover data that has been programmatically eradicated from our servers.
4.2 Prohibition of Illegal Solicitations: The chat interface is provided for dating, building rapport, and negotiating digital access (VIP viewing). Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the chat infrastructure to negotiate, solicit, or facilitate illegal compensated sexual acts.
4.3 Algorithmic Filtering: The Platform deploys automated linguistic filters to block restricted terminology. Users who attempt to bypass these filters to negotiate illegal activities assume 100% of the legal liability. We advise Users to build trust digitally and exchange third-party contact information for any external communications.
5.1 Nature of Purchases: Any payments made on or directed through The Platform are strictly for Digital Advertising Space (e.g., "Boosting" a listing to the top) or Digital Content Access (e.g., "VIP Tags" to view blurred, premium digital media).
5.2 No Real-World Value: At no point is a User paying The Platform for physical companionship. All financial transactions are isolated to software features, digital tokens, and UI enhancements.
6.1 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Platform, its founders, server hosts, and subsidiaries from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of your offline meetings, physical altercations, financial disputes with other Users, or violation of local laws.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Platform be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital directory. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using The Platform.
This Agreement, and any disputes arising from the use of The Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be brought exclusively in the competent courts located within the Netherlands.

SolmateHub (the "Platform") is strictly a user-generated content (UGC) platform, social network, and digital classifieds directory. We operate entirely as an Interactive Computer Service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230.
The administrators, owners, operators, and hosting providers of this Platform do NOT produce, direct, film, cast, or create any of the visual media (images, videos, reels, or stories) hosted on this site. All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct, simulated or otherwise, are entirely created and uploaded by independent, autonomous third-party users.
All individuals depicted in the visual media hosted on this Platform were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the visual depictions were created.
Pursuant to the exemption provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the Platform relies strictly on the written representations and warranties provided by our users, who swear under penalty of perjury that they are the age of majority. Our visual paper-code verification is used solely for confirming the user's live presence and facial match, not as a conclusive age verification mechanism.
Because the Platform is not a primary producer of content, we are exempt from the standard record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. SolmateHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement that are properly reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

If a user believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notice. We maintain a strict "Repeat Infringer" policy. Users who are found to repeatedly upload stolen or unauthorized copyrighted material will face permanent IP and account termination.
